When should I take Pagg stack?

I take my day pills 5-15 minutes before I know I’m about to eat. I take my night pill with a small glass of water 20-30 minutes before I fall asleep. The PAGG stack is great! I can feel the difference it’s making for me and I encourage you to try it, too.
