What did you learn from community service?

Why do I love my community?

The Family Friendly Atmosphere. It’s a great place to have children and raise a family. Our community cares and works hard at creating a family friendly atmosphere. As a young dad, I really enjoy watching my children have fun with all kinds of different activities in all seasons.

How does helping others benefit you?

Evidence shows that helping others can also benefit our own mental health and wellbeing. For example, it can reduce stress as well as improve mood, self-esteem and happiness. There are so many ways to help others as part of our everyday lives. Good deeds needn’t take much time or cost any money.
