How do I unlock my LPG tank?

To turn the gas cylinders on (to open gas cylinder valve), turn the valve handwheel anti-clockwise 2 or 3 turns (do not open hard against the stop). To turn off LPG gas cylinder, turn the round valve handwheel located on top of the cylinder clockwise until snug by hand only (don’t over-tighten).

Yes, the 80% AFV has been noticed, i think twice that valve failed and i got a stupid amount of LPG in the Tank (100% or even slightly over the pump read, was a 60litre tank and when i looked, i’d pumped 62 Liters!!!) , in fact i shit myself and was waiting for the rear of my car explode. Got in and drove it 100k’s straight away.
